Wild for Wonky Blocks

Here at the store, we've been making the most of winter by finishing lots of new projects. For our first mission, we took our beloved "Wonky Block" quilt and gave it a bright and crazy color palate.
After each block was made, it was time to arrange them. Balancing all those wild colors proved to be much more difficult than expected. It was like playing sudoku but with colors instead of numbers! Whew!
The backing was picked out, and everything was quilted together. Now we just needed to decide on a binding fabric...
This dark eggplant Alexander Henry piece got the final vote. Doesn't it just look so great with the Erin McMorris backing?
TA DA! The finished quilt! We just like to add as much color as possible to the store, and this certainly does the job!
Come by the store to see it in person! We also have the pattern and fabric kits for you to make your own. And stay tuned for lots more to see!
